Coldwater River Stream Monitoring: Stream Training

The Coldwater River Watershed Volunteer Stream Monitoring Team is looking for people who like to get wet!

Sponsored by the Branch County Conservation District, stream training for the Coldwater River watershed will take place on Saturday, September 25 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Water Works Park (between Sprague and Bennett Street) in Coldwater, Michigan.

Collected samples will help determine stream health and assist in finding stream hotspots. If you don’t mind getting a little wet and find aquatic insects / life interesting please consider becoming a Stream Team Volunteer.
